Food was so good! Because of certificate we ate more than usual and couldnt have been happier. Wine was delish. Server was most accommodating and courteous
Steaks, Elk, and Buffalo were good. Cheesecake was excellent. Allfredo pasta, sauce wasn’t the best.
Waitress came by the table regularly and was helpful
The food was simply unacceptable...they desperately need new management and a new cook...they have no concept!
Good food, nice atmosphere (we ate oustide on the entrance patio)
3 people in our party had the beef Rose burger and they dry and over cooked. 1 person had the veggie burger and it was not very good either. The chicken pesto sandwiches were ok. The house salad was lettuce, cheese and a couple cherry tomatoes. The elk burgers were alright. The house margaritas were pink and tasted like they little to no alcohol in them. We were a party of 10 and the food came out at different times.

We enjoyed a delicious sauerbraten and buys and stay with amazing salads and French onion soup’s and a wonderful bottle of wine! Our waiter was wonderful I would say the
The food was excellent. The location quaint, which I like.
Chris our server was wonderful
Loved the gluten free options!!!
Their buffalo burgers were make with quality meat.
We had a great time with family and the food was so delicious
Tough steak
Nice Wait Staff, Cozy Atmosphere, View to the town.
The table was ready, service was fine, and they let stay as long as we wanted to.
Good food and great service, always fun to dine here.
Our waiter was very attractive. We ordered three chief combos of buffalo and elk meat. Unfortunately both cuts were tough. My daughters had this last year and it was fantastic. Not so this year! Watch your bill, it was happy hour and we were originally charged regular price for wine and an appetizer. It was adjusted when I spoke to a manager. I'm not sure I'll return next year.
The food and service were excellent. There was a mix-up on the coupon which we presented at the beginning of our stay. The manager stated that alcohol was not included with restaurant. com. We stated that no where on the website or coupon was that stated--since we had checked carefully. The manager finally agreed and the meal went smoothly.
Environment was not what we expected. Food was poorly cooked and not as listed on menu. Over priced for quality of food.
Would not return
Chef was very accommodating with our allergies. Food was excellent.

We always enjoy eating at the Wild Rose. The food and service are great. The room is comfortable and quiet so you can enjoy your conversations. Usually we have gone only for lunch, but this time we enjoyed dinner. We try to eat here whenever we visit Estes Park.
For price food and service okay.
My daughters ordered the elk and buffalo special. It was fantastic. I ordered the elk chops and it also was outstanding.
Staff was very accommodating by lowering volume of music, adding a table, waiting for all to decide what to order, re-heating too pink burger, and figuring out bill.
We had read great reviews on this restaurant and decided to try it on our Estes Park Vacation. Having the Restaurant.com coupon was an extra incentive. We decided to go all out ordering appetizers, soups, salads, entrees and dessert! Three of us ordered the Chef's Special which was an elk tenderloin and buffalo tenderloin with fresh vegetables. Entrée might have been considered pricy to some but where else can you get elk and buffalo tenderloins cooked to perfection.
Great service, love our euro waitress.
Great Food--- selections, portions & quality were wonderful surprises for off season!
Overall, the food was good. The buffalo steak was on the fatty side, but that is to be somewhat expected with a New York cut. The 'make your own' salad bar was a lovely treat and was included in the price of the meal. Service was attentive and warm, which made for a lovely date-night experience for us. Only odd thing is that we were the *only* diners in the place at 7:30pm on Saturday. Perhaps this is due to it being off-season?
It's a quaint little place. Two things stood out, the first is the tacit menu restriction when using a restaurant.com coupon - we were only allowed to order off the seafood or dinner entree portion of the menu instead of using the entire menu to generate our minimum. I didn't like this because it was surprising and not noted on the voucher. The second thing that stood out was their use of Pandora for ambiance music. I knew it was Pandora's basic streaming service when I heard a one-off commercial before the music resumed. When the music disappeared for twenty minutes before returning, I surmised the little "are you still listening" button must have come up and everyone was too busy to press it. That twenty minutes was awkward because everyone could hear everyone else's conversations.I would have expected a place purporting to run a legitimate establishment to forgo the cheap menu restrictions and to spring for the negligible cost of streaming service sans the commercials and silent breaks. The quality and price of the food was so-so, but then again, we didn't really get to choose as we normally would have.
Great Location. Excellent menu and wonderful service. Definely a winner! I had the wild elk and buffalo, my wife the salmon. Beautiful presentation and taste! Server was excellent. We will be back on on next visit to Estes Park.
Our server was very sweet. We loved our table by the window! My steak was cooked right, but the meat was tough. Scalloped potatoes were tasty but lukewarm. Loved the veggies! Salad bar needs more toppings.
They were out of halibut so I got trout which was not hot nor that tasty. vegetables were barely cooked. Husband's Elk steak was rare vs. medium rare. Chairs uncomfortable.
Great little restaurant in Estes Park, CO. Look forward to dining there again!
food was perhaps the best in a long time i recommend the wild game and swordfish ask for window seat reviews i read were all wrong we will be back
For the quality of the food we received I thought it was overpriced. The rib eye had a great flavor but was tough. The pasta dish I had was good put not outstanding.
Overall experience was not bad, but undercooked rice pilaf with the 3 trout orders did not enchant the diners. Salad bar was OK.
We had a very nice meal with our daughter & her family. After eating there, the local family said they would plan to eat there again.
very please on the this batter on the fish. I ate fish not just batter
This was our first evening meal at Wild Rose Restaurant..we were impressed with everything. The waiter was especially helpful, gracious and kind. We had a most pleasant experience. Thank you.
Outstanding service!!!!! Wonderful Food.!!!!!!!! Will eat there again
Had high hopes -- looked like a very nice restaurant in a great location. Unfortunately, the fish was overcooked and tough, and the "margarita" was ridiculously watered down. The server was nice and the bread was good, but that's not enough to make us want to eat there again -- sorry.
