The place was busy, and they were short-staffed, but we were not in a hurry, and everyone was very nice. The food was excellent, as always.

The pizza was good; but, not like we usually receive. Kinda warm. By the time the server(s) came back to our table, it was a bit slower than usual. I believe the "regular server" was training someone. Additionally, they always want to seat customers by their side fire exit, which is really cold this time of the year. The other couple had already been served their salads prior to us arriving and we did not want to interrupt them.
I had the stuffed pizza and it was delicious and the customer service was great and attentive.

My Italian hoagy was a bit salty to my taste. My husband initially ordered diet Mountain Dew and it tasted flat and soapy. The server fixed his drink by changing it over to a diet Pepsi.

The waitress gave me the wrong check. Then the cashier double charged me and had to get another cashier to void the wrong check out. Experience was fine until it came time to pay. Disorganized on multiple levels, especially the cashier. Dont know that I'll be back.

We go there weekly after playing golf. They set up tables for us, our server, Lori, usually knows our order ahead of time but always asks and then waits on us quickly. Very professional and friendly as are all Werkhouse folks. Good place!

A group of us have been lunching at the Werk House, for years, after tennis practice. Our favorite table, in the back corner, is always made available to us. The food servers always know us and are very friendly! The homemade soups are awesome. The lunch specials are great too.

We were greeted at the door and promptly taken to our table. Our waitress was friendly and did a great job getting our order to our table in a timely manner. The food was excellent. I highly recommend the Chicago style stuffed pizza. Yum!

The food was all very good. Minestrone soup and salads were fresh and tasty. Pizza's were cooked just right so that they weren't dried out. Creamy Garlic dressing is so good I had to take a pint home with me,.

Because they were so very busy, and also I think because we ordered a stuffed pizza, it took over 35 minutes to get our food.

WE love the pizza called The Works and their house salad. Also they have great homemade soups
There was so much to choose from. Our order included Breadsticks appetizer, Meat & Meat pizza, and Meatball Hoagie. Best breadsticks I've ever had. So soft inside but crispy outside. Meat & Meat pizza was cooked perfectly and so tasty. Meatball Hoagie was also good, though the meatballs could have had a bit more flavor.

The antipasto was huge and contained a lot of ingredients; however, the creamy garlic dressing was absolutely tasteless. The spaghetti carbonara was terrible which was surprising because the tomatoes and mushrooms were fresh the sauce as bland and oddly flavored. The pizza scored an okay and would have been better if the crust was done rather than doughy in the middle. The chef needs to learn about flavor combinations.

We waited 2 hours for our food and never even got it. We decided to leave so we were charged $13 for two salads and 2 sodas.
food & service were great. The wait was within reason however the space provided to wait was uncomfortably close quarters. May not have been as big of a deal if it hadn't been so cold outside. The door couldn't be completely closed for the crowd.
