Everything about the Violetwood is wonderful from the service to the food!
The food is excellent and the service is outstanding as the waitstaff is extremely attentive. I ordered a western omelette which I never ordered before and is now my new favorite breakfast. It was done to perfection and filled with wonderful mouth-watering choices.

Delicious breakfast, even had corned beef omelette special for St Patty's Day weekend. Very crowded so a bit of a wait for table & food, but expect that on Sundays almost anywhere good. Offered lots of coffee & tea refills during the wait.
We both had club sandwiches. They were pretty big and very tasteful.

The Pork Roll Hash was made was very great. Fresh peppers and onions fried potatoes and sliced pork roll. I m going to make it a point to try the bacon and cheddar grits on my next trip.

Prices are reasonable and the staff is beyond friendly and quick and just plain nice. Twice out of three times dining there, food was a little bit to be desired a little tiny bit Bland but by no means bad good but could be better
Service is great...very nice and friendly. Portions could be a bit bigger for the price. Visited two times and both times got breakfast today's left a bit to be desired but wasn't bad. Would definitely go back again.

This restaurant has a "mom & pop" atmosphere. The staff is both attentive and polite. The restaurant is extremely clean and well kept. Prices are reasonable.

This is not a complaint but an observation. The serving staff should be a little more knowledgeable about what is in a dish. I had a question about one of the daily specials as I didn't know what the sauce was or what was in it and the server had no idea.
Our food was excellent - an omelet and a reuben. This was our visit since they relocated. The dining area was bright, clean, and roomy.

The waiter and the owner were both extremely pleasant. The place was clean and modern. I would recommend ditching the standard batter covered French fries. There is no trouble in making fresh fries.The rest of the food is fresh so why not the fries. I can get these at any chain or in my grocery freezer.
