Hearty, full flavored dishes. Great customer service. The buffet is nice to try new items. Portions are great for sharing, but leftovers are just as good too! Amazing fresh naan. Love the biriyani and the curry sauces. Very nice and welcoming staff.
Food & atmosphere was good but, only one waiter who also served as bus boy, cashier and answered the phone.

Service was excellent even if there was only one server on the floor. They even accommodated our request for non menu items. The appetizer (Spinach and Onion Pakora) and entrees (Chicken Tikka Masala, Palak Paneer and special order Lamb Korma) were excellent.
My sister and I had the buffet, which was fresh and tasty, and offered many different choices. Since we had to purchase the minimum $40, we ordered a meal to go, which was prepared promptly.

Service was good but the food was very bland and tasteless. There are two other Indian places in the area and both are much better than Swagat.
Service was lacking.There were only six people in the restaurant, but service was very slow. We were also accustomed to being served sauces and chips prior to our meal. But when I asked for them, I was told that I could purchase them. Every single time we've ever eaten there, they were included with our meal.
It was a busy night as Swagat but our maitre 'd found us a spot in the side room right away which was perfect. Serving staff was attentive without being overly-so. We all had the buffet, which was EXCELLENT.

Service was slow
For the amount of customers in the dining hall, one server was not enough to ensure that everyone was served in a timely manner. However, the one server did her best to accomodate with what she can. She was awesome considering the situation.

The food at Swagat is always absolutely phenomenal. I always walk away pleased. However, their service can sometimes be a little sketchy. The young lady who served us last night had the personality of a snail and she barely even checked to see how things were going and seemed unpleased to be working.
