Reviews
With everyone’s busy schedules, it’s hard to get my family gathered around one table. The Sisters Irish Bistro made for a very enjoyable afternoon for the entire family and the food was so authentic and tasteful.
Love the history behind the place and the food was good.
Would not honor the restaurant.com certificate, even though it's states it never expires.
The waiter was very attentive, patient and knowledgeable. He gave us tastes of the beers so we could make an informed decision. He was also pretty funny.
Been looking forward to dining at Sisters for a long time, but it has been closed when we tried. Finally had lunch there. Liked the atmosphere, but, the food was definitely not worthy of our anticipation. My Corned Beef & Cabbage meat was very dry and not that tasty. Son thought the gravy on his roast beef tasted canned, and my wife really disliked her Colcannon, which did not look like the menu picture, and which caused her to lose her appetite for the rest of the day. Sad to say, I would rank Sisters at the bottom of my list of Irish restaurants we have eaten at and it is unlikely we will return.
food good, service not
Service was incredibly slow during the entire time we were there and at the end we had to wait entirely too long to get our bill. We couldn't wait to see get out of there. Some of our food was very good and some was very bad. The salmon blt was too salty to eat but the fish tacos were great. The service was terrible. Only go there if you have patience. And don't go if you are looking for a quick bite because there is nothing quick about that place. If they had better service I would recommend it.
The order was very slow in coming out even though no one else was there at the time. Once my order was ready I checked my bags and something was missing so I had to wait for that.
placed order ahead, it was ready at the pick-up time. good food.
Location in city not the greatest but food and service very good. We were on vacation but if in area will dine again.
Excellent Service and the live entertainment was very enjoyable.
The owner repeatedly tried to engage us in conversation, even after we indicated we wanted to be left alone. My food, while tasty, was overpriced at $15.95 for mashed potatoes, one sausage, a little bacon and cheese.
Small, quaint bistro. Seats around 16. Wonderful Irish atmosphere, music. Excellent Irish food and fare. Wife had lamb shank, I had corned beef. Irish beers on tap, coffee as well. Owners are the cooks and servers and bring an added bit Had a great experience and will be back soon.
Very tasty food and good service.
So yummy!!!!!!!
Quaint ambiance, impeccable service, wonderful food... Emery's has it all.
From the rustic bistro feel the moment you walk through the doors, this little hideaway is absolutely fabulous. Expect top notch service, food made with absolute passion, and am ambiance that culminates to make for a superb evening.
This local place is a great find. The food is crazy good. And it's only 15 minutes from the MacDonald Highlands area.We will recommend to all our friends.
Good quality food prepared by a very creative chef.
I am in my late 50's and have eaten in a lot of restaurants. The chicken angelo I had here was one of the best if not the best chicken preparations I've ever had.
Great food and good service! This makes for a good evening with friends.
