The best pizza, best ingredients. Friendly staff!
The pizza was delicious! We felt very comfortable with the safety of the food and with the care the staff were taking with keeping physical distancing.
The customer service was awful. The female that rang up the pick up order was rude with minimal patience. She first was visibly irritated with staff, then refused to alter our order by a simple modification. Then she lied conveying the order was completed stating the reason for not completing an add on (desert.) the order wasn’t ready for another 9 minutes, to which the all drumsticks chicken order was not all drumsticks. The pizza lacked sauce and the specific location in mission viejo, Ca was not at all as good as Laguna Niguel’s location.
I took my pizza home. Didn't really dine at the restaurant. But overall my experience was good.
Excellent pizza, done right! it's even better when you dine in and it's hot from the oven.

we got there as soon as it opened so the first ones in the door...oneman and one woman were working and both were so friendly and nice while we waited...order to go so we were hanging around...
It was overpriced restaurant. Pizza I ordered was XL but it was not worth it. Overall I will never buy.

The manager, Nader, was most friendly and accommodating in taking my pizza order by phone in advance and was ready when we arrived. He provided excellent customer service.
To go order. Odered pizza for delayed 6pm pickup. I arrived at 5:45 and it was already on the counter, lukewarm. They did not pay attention to the timing.
Folks were nice and helpful....pizza was ready after I purchased and I had phoned in my order and it just seemed easy.
The food was great and they allowed me to get the salad bar to go.
Everyone was so nice, happy, and helpful. Food came out quickly and tasted great! The quality was so much better than we get at a lot of other places.

The manager, Ray was very curt and unfriendly. I was on my lunch break and ordered a pizza to go and a sandwich to eat there. I said I wanted the sandwich first after he told me they'd be ready at the same time. He made me wait forc20 minutes for a sandwich that only took 3 minutes to make. By that time my lunch was over!
Older place. Could be jazzed up a bit to dine in.

We actually get our pizza to-go. So pleased that coupon didn't require that we eat in. We do take-out alot, but do eat in restaurants at least a couple of times a month (some months more often).

They had the news on the TV. Volume was loud. News of a school shooting was playing. Not the best dining experience. Ee left once we received our food.

The manager was sitting on TOP of the table having a conversation with someone for at least 15 minutes. Why didn't he sit on the bench? The table was not cleaned after he eventually got up and pizza was placed on the same table! Pizza was very very greasy that we had and the "X-Large" was not so big.
We actually had to place the pizza To Go due to the late hour, but the service was prompt and efficient!

i had take out pizza. this is the frist time i tried the wambo. very good.
The ingredients on this pizza were very dry. I had the impression that this pizza had not been freshly made but had perhaps been made during the lunch hour and then was kept in the warmer and sold in the evening.
Adding $8 of "gratuity" at a pizza place is ludicrous!We gave order at counter and they brought out 2 pizza's - $8 for "service" of this nature is ridiculous and renders that portion of the certificate useless

This is the second time we have eaten there - WAY better this time! The place was cleaner, the salad bar was fresh and filled and there where plenty of employees there to help! Much improved!
It is the first time at this lcoation and it is old and has a musty smell. The one closer to me is nicer and seems like a better Pizza

I love Round table and Oggi's pizzas. Oggi's is walking distance to my house so I visit them more often (sorry). I loved the Artisan pizza also. My personal preferences: You may need to improve your chicken wings, I'm comparing yours to Oggi's. Your chicken wings were similar to domino's and pizza hut. A spaghetti/Linguini dish would be helpful on your menu, I have two kids and the only pasta they eat is spaghetti or the infamous macaroni and cheese!

Our Order was lost or not printed, it was only after we were brought the wrong pizza that it was noticed that the two pizzas we did order were not yet made.
They messed up the order.But was quickly corrected and they gave us the wrong pizza to take home. With apologizes.
