Sat outside ....warm sun ... waitresses quick to take drinks orders. Ordered 4 different meals. Ken....owner. Delivered them...joked with us. All meals delicious. Not rushed so we sat & talked.will go back
took over an hour for a small pizza because they forgot to order it in the kitchen when order placed. other orders were on time
Everyone enjoyed the food. The pizza was great. The kids' personal slice of pizza was huge. Very good service.
We went in for our favorite pizza and then tried the appetizer special of fried cauliflower (loved it & ended up ordering one to take home) husband also ordered wings...then the pizza, so we took doggie bags home. All was very good.
Can't say if it was just a bad Friday night for them, but was told our takeout order would be ready in 20-30 minutes or so, and once arrived took an extra 30 minutes over that. Would have had it delivered if we got a real time estimate..

The service was excellent and the food was plentiful and very good. Still worth going to after all these years

we always like their pizza but first time we got wings..they were just like my husband likes--not wet & messy, but drier and hot ! he said he'd have to remember that for Super Bowl Sunday
My husband and I like different kinds of pizza and no matter how "strange" our combinations are, the cooks here say they will "try" and always come out with awesome pizza ts our #1 place
Pizza Palace by far has the best pizza in the area.
Our "25 minutes pickup time" was 45 minutes. While waiting for our food to come out, we noticed a cook drop cooked chicken on the floor, pick it up with his cooking spatula, scrape it into the trash can, and then resume cooking with said spatula. Thankfully we didnt order anything from that side of the kitchen. Defibitely would not recommend.
Ridiculous service fee for using a credit card.. sends wrong message. Instead of charging a service fee they should raise prices a bit and offer a cash discount.
Food was order but delivered wrong then once bill came price changed
Ken, the owner, himself waiting on us. Very impressive and he was very friendly and outgoing. We enjoyed talking with him.

Eventhough we gave the Pizza Palace a good rating, we could have easily given it fair rating due to the NONCHALANT service.
Our waitress was great and helpful. The cook honored our request to make a "designer" pizza half and half (my husband's buffalo chicken and my white potato) the crust was excellent.
The medium size Palace Special pizza was covered with generous portions of sausage,pepper onion, and mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. The waitress was also friendly an attentive.

we had a large seafood pizza, it was great.
I asked for no peppers on a grinder and I observed her crape them off the bread and then serve the grinder to me. What if I was alergeric to them?
