Quickly seated; cordial service; main course was not as flavorful but appetizer and Specialty bread were delicious
They were very accommodating and filled up our glasses of water often. They were very nice as well. The food was great as always! They even allowed us to split the bill without a heads up.
We have eaten there many times over the years and have never ever been disappointed. Quality of food is outstanding.

Have been to Karma many times before and had a much better dining experience. The servers were attentive but the food was slow in coming and when it came it was lukewarm. I had waited for the food for too long to send it back and wait again.
The food is always good, served promptly and consistent. The help is excellent with lots of attention to the order, refills on coffee, etc.

Dinner was good as usual. But they seemed to have a problem in the kitchen that was delaying the meals. Waited over 30 minutes for meal to come out.

Food is delicious and qiuick
Quiet, nice overall experience. Lamb cooked in coconut milk and spices was amaizing. Warning, I asked for my Shrimp Majarajah to be "just a little spicy" and it was quite hot! Raita was delish, but also a bit spicy so it didn't help. The rice pudding and carrot desserts were tasty and took care of the heat. This is one of my new favorites for Indian food now:)
We went around 3pm on a Saturday, it was nice and quiet, service was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly and the food was delicious.
Wait staff was great. Recognizing we were first-timers there, told us about using a local butcher for their meats. 4 chicken tenders overflowed a standard dinner plate and were excellent! Also had hamburgers which were yummy.

the last time I was there I had a wonderful pork chop dish with sausage, peppers in a red sauce. this time, it was too heavily salted. when the owner asked how our meal was, I mentioned this. He said he would tell the chef. Which is fine but more appropriate, since I'm a repeat customer, would perhpas to have offered us dessert on the house or a second glass of wine. I like to go their for the tapas but this time, I could only find one on the menu that I would have enjoyed. So, though I may go back because normally, it's been wonderful, it would not be high on my list for a return visit right now.

We were the first people to arrive in the restaurant that evening. It took them 10-15 minutes to take our drink orders, another 5-10 to bring them, the cocktail i ordered was terrible and I sent it back. Overall service was poor but the food was OK.

We love to frequent restaurants with great food and excellent service of which Karma has both. Our server was friendly and attentive without hovering. The food was delicious and efficient. It was a fantastic experience and whether it is take out or dine in, Karma never disappoints!

The service was excellent and very knowledgeable about all the entrees and their contents. The restaurant was also happy to accept the restaurant.com gift card without question. I had visited Karma previously (a few years back) and on my prior trips the service was never bad, but usually somewhat indifferent, so this was a nice change of pace. The food has always been delicious. We are looking forward to returning.

Since this was our first experience dining at an Indian restaurant, we were happy to choose the buffet. There were many choices and taste we were able to try.

We dined in KARMA during lunch as well as dinner - what we observed though is that their lunch buffet food quality isn't as good as the menu order items. I will definitely not consider going there to lunch the next time.

At bill check, first $25 discount was applied and then 18% gratuity was applied. However, as per restaurant.com certificates, gratuity should be already included in the bill.

The waiter and bartender are HOT.
The over all experience was good, the goof enjoyable , and the service attentive and prompt. But the only issue u had was the fact that even though the prices were expensive they did not offer free refills on the soda s ... Which were already priced about 50 cents higher than most places that do offer free refills...I felt like they were nickel n dining me !

The food was quite good but a little pricey, so without a coupon we probably won't come again.
We ordered drinks and had to ask several times for them to be delivered to us. The waiter was good about menu suggestions, however. The food was somewhat slow, but worth the wait.

I treated my niece who is going off to University. We agreed it had a wonderful atmosphere and great wait staff. We thought the food was excellent.
Desserts need some work.
Server did good job of explaining the menu. They have a great drink with mango and yogurt. Excellent tandoria chicken. Also appetizer with yogurt, chickpeas and other vegies that I had not seen in other Indian restaurants.

Karma has excellent food but their service is lacking. Sometimes so-so service doesn't affect the meal too much, but in this case, they are slow to respond, slow to take your order, etc. They used to be pretty good in terms of service when Bonyson was the manager.
