The food was amazing! We got the burger and the brisket and the flavors were great! We definitely will go back!

We arrived 15 minutes early for our 8:15 reservations, and we were seated more than 35 minutes past our reservation time.

They were able to work out a gift certificate we have had for awhile. We were also able to have a special dessert to celebrate our anniversary. It was a great treat and presented beautifully.

Food was good. The Rock Shrimp appetizer was great. My filet was cooked perfectly. Side salad was a little undersized for the cost. Overall, nice experience.
The brisket was dry & eggs not seasoned. We thought the sweet potato pancakes would have been made with sweet potato flour but had small chunks of sweet potato however, they were big. The omlettes were very tasty & we had leftovers! Everything else was delicious!
The atmosphere is nice and the service was very good. I tried something new and I did not enjoy it. The presentation of the seared ahi salad was nice but the food itself was subpar. The salad was soggy and the tuna was tough. I'll go back to my norm next time.
It took about an hour after we ordered for our meals to be served. The server never said anything about the delay, but she did come to the table twice to ask if everything is okay, as if we had had tasted our food, while we were waiting to be served. At least 3 nearby tables that arrived after us were served, paid and left before our food came. One table turned over twice during our wait. When the food came it was very good and the server was pleasant, but we were very disappointed by the wait.

Three of us visited for brunch on a Saturday. They seemed to be understaffed even though they weren't that busy. It took forever for us to be acknowledged at the door. Once seated, it took even longer for our waitress to visit our table. My mimosa was room temperature; neither the champagne nor juice was chilled. The ice I asked for never arrived and I finally asked her to take it away and bring me a soda. We finally ordered food. Everything was slightly warm, my dish was missing half the ingredients listed on the menu. On top of everything, the waitress had trouble with validating our restaurant.com certificate. We did not enjoy the visit and will not be returning.

Server was great, however, for the price of the food....it wasn't good at all. My grouper tasted very old. My son's ribs were not very tasty. Good atmosphere, however, don't think I will go back due to the food quality. Not good at all. Very disappointed.

She never asked anyone to check their meat before she disappeared for quite a while, and one of our party had to get up from the table to locate one of your staff for help on this. Simple requests for a side of ranch dressing and a replacement high chair were forgotten. When she came back to our more halfway through the meal, we reminded her about the dressing. One of our party had to leave the table and found a replacement high chair himself after it became apparent she forgot that request, too.

Excellent food and service. Wonderful menu with many good choices to choose from. Never had a bad meal! Staff is excellent and very attentive.
It was really nice being so close to the runway and watch planes taking off or landing. The burger I had was great and the fresh fruit totally delicious.

Server was ok, but no manager ever stopped by to ask how we liked the service/food. Then at the end the server accidently spilled my full drink in my lap. I understand it was an accident but the manager never came over and the server never offered to comp any part of the bill. We still gave her a small tip but in hindsight we shouldn't have. We won't be back.
My husband and I enjoyed a 5:30 dinner at Elevation. We split a liquid-nitrogen margarita, apple-basil-mozzarella appetizer, and delicious beef brisket. Saw about 8 planes take off or land, including 1 jet that parked right beside our table (outside our window) as we watched the 2 passengers deplane and get whisked away by a limo SUV.
Great ambiance. Staff was very attentive and polite. Good selection of wine and the menu was varied and inviting.

Liquid nitrogen cosmopolitan was great, but the ahi tuna salad was not good. We also had the quesadilla appetizer, which was pretty good, but we asked them not to bring the salad until after the appetizer and the salad arrived while we were still eating the appetizer.

A special night turned disappointing, the appetizer arrived after the entrees. The shrimp was so salty we could not eat it. We told the waitress and she did nothing but agree. The service was bad we will not come back

They made a Cobb salad especially for my wife, even though it wasn't on the menu. She said it was the best Cobb salad she ever had.

Let me first state that this was prom night and Cinco Di Mio. The service was good but the bar and kitchen were in the weeds. The first round of drinks took 10-15 minutes and the appetizer came right out. then we waited over an hour for diner. One guest fell due to water on the floor. The table next to us had 4 steaks that were over cooked and so was ours. Side for our orders did not come out until after the meal. The manager took off the drinks but could have done more after I had already purchased 5 meals for prom girls without dates. We have eaten here before and it was good but tonight the restaurant was overwhelmed. The server stated it was her worst night there.

Very nice atmosphere. I attended the Valentine's dinner this past year and it was excellent. My friend's stated the spinach dip appetizer was the best they have ever had the other night.

Server was not as attentive as we usually experience pancakes were burnt. Took leftovers to my mom and she took one bite and said these are burnt. Didn't want to take the time for a remake as it took a while for food to come out.

Delicious does not describe their food. It is absolutely wonderful taste and presentation. Also they have the coolest frozen drinks made with liquid nitrogen. It is a big show done at your table. Delicious!!! You cannot go wrong with this restaurant. Reservation usually needed but during the week not really. Also it is called a skybsr because it overlooks actually right next to the Tarmac for McCollum field airport in kennesaw. Best place to dine. You'd love it. Every dish is superb. Restaurants.com has great discount coupons also.

This was our first time dining at Elevation. We went there on Saturday for brunch. The food was delicious and the service was great. Seeing the planes land and take off was icing on the cake to a unique and memorable experience.

Food was great but french fries a bit greasy. They still tasted good, but I'm not sure why some fries are greasy and glistening with that...and some are now. Temperature of the grease maybe. Still enjoyed the food and the planes coming in and out.
Two of our party ordered Ribs. Very dry and over cooked. Waited a long time to get them and did not send back in fear it would be midnight before we go more. Blue cheese chips were out of site, so were the quesadillas. The quality of those two items raised the rating from a fair to good. I am surprised the chef allowed the ribs to leave his kitchen as dry as they were.
The only issue I had concerned the condiments for our burgers. We asked for them when they brought our food and had to ask two different people for them. It took about 5 minutes to receive them.
We went for Sunday Brunch and my husband had the pancakes. Well, they were huge! We could have shared that plate. I had the chef's special which was an omlete with chorizo sausage with gouda cheese. It was excellent.

Waitress had too many tables to manage. I ordered hash browns immediately upon sitting down, didn't receive them till the very last minute when I was almost done eating, way tto long a wait. Whose fault, don't know, just disappointed.

Two separate parties left without ordering while we ate - we asked to be seated at another table, because our booth (seats & surrounding wood partition were extremely dusty).Floors looked horrible - no visible management in the entire store!!!My wife's brisket and potatoes were dried out and completely overcooked! Tables next to the windows were extremely cold and uncomfortable. Waitress had difficulty getting our check right after numerous attempts and clear instructions.

We had our 3-year-old twin grandchildren with us and much of our enjoyment was watching them get excited watching the airplanes and airport equipment. Much of the food is gourmet quality, surprising for the size and location of the restaurant.
Love the atmosphere here. Enjoyed watching the planes taking off and landing. Great for the little ones to keep them entertained. Our server Meagan was so nice and took the time to explain certain things on the menu to help in our decision.
second time I've actually dined there, my second "neutral to good" type experience (my wife's food was great "first time"), and the biscuits and gravy without issues that I had rivalled my wife's version - some of the best I've ever had when eating out! Some extra gravy would have been better because when the biscuits were layered on top of each other, only 60% of the actual biscuit got gravy on it.

Thank you for adding tablecloths to the tables and making the upstairs floor unsticky since my last visit. However, the downstairs floor was quite sticky, the bread plates were gray and worn out, the temperature was way too cold and the bread did not come until the end of our meal. The price point is too high for this type of atmosphere.

Savannah was awesome. I sat at the bar and told her it was my first time what did she suggest. She suggest a couple of things and I chose the steak it was AWESOME. Perfectly cooked med well and I can't tell you how many times I have sent steaks back due to under or over cooking. They really hit a homerun and her services was the best!!

Easy reservations through Open Table. Pleasant and helpful staff. Loved the scenery/airport runway and menu. Calamari appetizer was the best. Beef brisket no doubt cooked for 7 hours but much of it like jerky and onion strings were clumpy and uncooked in parts. Steaks were perfectly cooked.
Great service and perfectly prepared food. A true Kennesaw gem for dining.

not very clean, greasy Burger, soap on glass, overall lack of attention to basic restaurant details....We have come here for years - Dinner service seems better, but overall quality and condition has steadily declined! Ownership change?? Never see the same waitress - high turnover of wait-staff usually is not a good sign! I doubt we will be back.

Our daughter and her husband along with my husband and me decided to go out to eat. I found the $10 coupon on Restaurant.com and thought how interesting it would be to go to Elevation. I called and made a reservation for 5:45pm on Saturday night. I was told if we could get in there at 5:45, then we could sit upstairs at a table by the window. We were there by 5:35 and they told us we had to wait for 5 to 10 min. They did not know I had a Rest.com coupon at anytime until we started to place our order. We waited downstairs listening to 3 kids screaming and running around. I was not impressed that we had chosen a good restaurant at this point. Finally, I thought it might be a good idea to wait upstairs. I watched to see the movement upstairs and saw tables by the windows available. They will not give you a table unless you have 6 in your party. They placed us in a small booth, back behind the front window tables. While we were there for an hour, the 2 tables that could seat 6 remained open. As we got up to leave, the 6 top tables remained open. We were smashed into the booth while there were tables open. I noticed that another table a little ways down was a 6 top and a group of 4 came in about 10 min. before we left and they sat there. Can someone at Elevations please consider a party of 4 for the 6 top tables in the future? It was clear that there were no reservations for those 6 top tables. I think they were just hoping for 6 people which they never got.
Atmosphere and friendliness of the staff as a whole, always makes it a pleasure to dine here. Not to mention the to die for food.

I had fish and shrimp, I was a little disappointed with the quanitiy I got a half scewer with two shrimp. The menu price did not indicate only two shrimp, so it cheapened the meal.
I love this place. The atmosphere is so extraordinary and romantic. The owner came to our table to make sure everything was ok which is always reassuring. Our waitress was so nice and attentive and made our evening great.

The food was excellent! I highly recommend making reservations if you want upper level seating. We came on a Tuesday at 6pm and since we had reservations were quickly seated at the window. Within an hour all the tables were filled. If we did not have reservations we would not have had such a premium seat.

It was super hot inside. It was hot outside, and we sat by a window but the entire restaurant was very uncomfortable. My 3 year old niece didn't want to eat it was so hot and she was sweating (which is not like her). We had to use menus to fan ourselves. If she had not been so excited to see the airplanes we would have left.

After reading some prior reviews, we dined here as our first time without any expectations of service. Despite some of the negative reviews, we had an excellent experience. We do suggest making reservations from Elevation's website at Open Table. We made a special request for window seating. The restaurant does have 2 floors, so specify upstairs if that's what you'd prefer. We base our service experience on how persistent the waiter is at filling our waters since my husband goes through at least 4 refills at any restaurant. We didn't have to wait for more than 2 min each time our glasses were empty. The food was good and our hot and fresh appetizer came out in less than 5 minutes. Our meals came out about 5-10 minutes after we finished the appetizer. My super hungry husband didn't complain about the wait, so our waiting times are just estimates. They do pair one salty item with one unsalted item on lunch and dinner meals to balance each other. Since we prefer lightly salty dishes, we will request reduced salt next time (e.g. salty fries with toast on bbq platter, salty country fried steak with unsalted broccoli). The view was wonderful. We weren't rushed at all to finish our meals. However, we dined at 2pm on a Sunday. Our waitress did not give us any attitude when we gave her our restaurant voucher after our check. They have to adjust the check, so give the voucher to your waiter when you say that you're ready for the check.

Took our MOM out for Saturday before Mothers Day brunch. She had never been there, was really impressed with the quality food, and the portion size and absolutely charmed when the old bi-plane pulled up right by our window to offload passengers. (Her late husband had flown a plane like that!) We didn't like having to wait to be served because the kitchen was 'backed up'. But it was well worth it!
Loved this spot!! It was our 48th wedding anniversary celebration and my husband said he would go back there every year.

The night we dined they didn't have any specials. When we asked we were told it was because of it being prom weekend. This was our 2nd time dining here and after our first time when we had such an amazing experience we were really hoping for more specials. We will be back despite this one experience. Service was slow I expect due to the party of 35 downstairs. They just didn't seem prepared for the night.

It seemed that the seating staff might be new. There was confusion where to seat us. We didn't want the cold spot at the end by the fuel trucks, and we both wanted to see football. The hostess replied that the other tables were held for reservations. We had 6pm reservations also.? We were finally given a middle booth. The server and food we're great!

The food was very good. Watching airplanes being serviced, taking off, landing was interesting and fun. A group seated near us was extremely loud and boisterous, but, there's nothing to be done about that. With that exception, the ambiance was delightful.

Poor service...waitress failed to refille drinks...steaks were tough and generally were just not good. Waitress paid more attention to her bigger parties and seemed to forget us. VERY unhappy and will not return.
It was very cold in the restaurant, so hard to enjoy a relaxing meal with my husband.
I love Elevations Chop House, it's on my list of favorite places to eat in the Kennesaw area, and I live in Woodstock. My sisters and I had a wonderful dinner with wine for a special evening watching the SEC Championship game. I'd enjoy eating here more often. Please bring back the shrimp and grits!!

The service and food here was superb! It was our first time visiting and we were really impressed. Everyone in our party ordered something different and everything was prepared well. Our waitress was very attentive and every server that passed by made sure we were fine. It felt like we had the whole staff serving us. We will definitely be returning soon!
Food has gone downhill FAST. The reuben was the worst I have EVER been served. The fish and chips USED to be excellent - now it wouldn't even pass for mediocre.
Really enjoyed it. I came for a date night with my husband. I expected a bit more elegance (like maybe a tablecloth) I thought the tables were kind of gross!!!! I should have come later - it was "family hour" and the place was overrun with kids. I would have liked my server to tell me about/suggest the cool drink everyone was getting with the dry ice that looked like clouds. I probably would have bought one but I had already ordered something when I started seeing everyone else's neat drink.
Waitress was excellent!!! Food was great! Wished to have an option to have a warm brownie with the a la mode.

It was great and we enjoyed the planes taking off and landing as usual. Your chicken needs some help though. The grilled chicken (in sandwich) was so tough and dry. Not to mention it was a TINY & thin little piece. I remember my husband thinking that the chicken fingers even several yrs ago were tough and tasteless.
Our waitress was very accommodations with special requests, and we appreciate her flexibility and willingness to make it more enjoyable for us.
From server to food, everything was perfect!

Great place to relax with a drink and a meal on a Friday evening. Great view. We usually sit upstairs at the bar and find it a comfortable and easy evening out.

My son, his prom date and another couple had dinner at Elevation. They were treated courteously by the staff and had a terrific meal. I would like to thank them kindly for helping to make their Junior Prom enchanted and memorable.
Our server, Rhonda was wonderful. This dining experience surpassed our expectations. This is our new favorite place to dine and will tell all our friends. I have already told all my colleagues at work how much we enjoyed this evening.
On this visit the service was very slow. it was over 30 mins to get our burgers and when they came the sweet potato fries were burnt and the waitress tried to tell us they were carmelized. The best part was the peach cobbler. Light crispy pastry and not to sweat.
Charming staff, fun atmosphere. We train guide dogs for the blind, and Elevation was totally accommodating to our 4-legged party member. In fact, several of the greeters were well-informed on guide-dog etiquette!

Improved menu, good food, nice atmosphere, way too cold at tables by window because of vents. Food was cold almost as soon as it hit the table.
Did not enjoy flavor of steak
It was cold siting next to the window overlooking the runway airstrip. Vent was right over the table. I had the deep fried filet minon and it was not that good. too much batter over the steak.
We love watching the planes land and drinking a martini. The food is always top notch and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thanks you for a great night out with my husband.

The hostes and staff was great. Atmosphere was little bit crowded and laud due to couple party tables and needed some background music. Our daughter ( 7 yrs) stated she wishes to come back with some live music...

It was very busy. The seared tuna was overdone, but still tasty. The Mac and Cheese has sat under the warmer for a long time. Evident by the crust on top. The nitrogen margaritas were fun.

Service was outstanding. Setting (view) was awesome. Fish and chips was OK, at best. Nachos were pretty good. I strongly prefer real cheese (grated) over liquid cheese. As far as liquid cheese goes, it was fine.
