The service is excellent and the food is always very good!
Great breakfast and friendly staff. I wish we could get the check in more timely manner, instead having to have to ask for it. Also, the bacons and crepes were a little more overdone than usually - slightly burnt.

I've been a Danby's customer for years, one of the owners is an ex-Marine, like myself; it's always friendly fast and the food is always good. The bus boys deserve a pat on the back, they've also been there for years.

The chicken dumpling soup was delicious as was the Greek salad. My only criticism would be there was very little feta in the salad, just some crumbs, It needs some chunks.

This is a great place for a reasonably priced breakfast. The coffee is topped off often enough for us. I especially enjoy their crepes and blintzes, with or without the fruit.

Food was delicious! Servings are generous! Good selection of menu items for breakfast and lunch.
The server was new to us - they've had the same staff for many years - but she was friendly like their other staff. The one thing to note is we asked for Tabasco but she brought us Cholula - not the same.
Everything is always great which is why I go eat breakfast there every morning.

Food is consistently excellent. Service is typically good and fast but for this visit, we had to wait for a while before our server came to take our order. After we placed our order, everything was back to being speedy.

It was unfortunate that our table (booth) was very close to a noisey, loud threesome and we were served so quickly, there wasn't time to move away. Not the fault of the restaurant or the server. Too bad!

We have been going to Danby Station for over 10 years. The food is not as good as it used to be, so debating, after all that time, if we will go back. But the staff is wonderful, thus a 4-star review. Food is barely a three lately.

we normally have a great experience,we usually have one of the sisters and they do a great job, this time we had an other waitress, lets just say my husband made the comment that if this was our 1st time, it would have been the last, she was very disappointing

Their food is consistently good and served fast. Their staff has not changed for years, so you can always count on friendly and reliable service. This is my husband's and my favorite diner. We love the option of tater tots, instead of fries, and their chicken rice soup is fantastic.

We took my 93 year old mother with us and thewaitress was so very patient as we tried to get mom to decide what to order. Next timewe will be more able to order for her, as weare becoming more use to what she can eat.

My sisters and I had a simple breakfast and endless coffee while visiting for over an hour. We never felt like we were being "invited" to leave. Server was friendly, prompt, and offered more coffee the entire time we were there. A great place to meet with friends and visit.

Friendly..great breakfasts and lunch options at reasonable prices...interesting history of Glen Ellyn area part of the atmosphere. Great breakfast and lunch spot...they know what they do best! On Roosevelt, just west of 355, easy in and out.

Service and the food were excellent. The young woman who served us works there with her twin sister. They were both very personable, even fun, and very attentive to the customers.
