I have never eaten in have always done pickup. (I don't drink and have no interest in sports.) Seated customers seems to be happy and the ambience is nice for a sports bar. The food and delicious and at a reasonable price. Everyone is so nice and pleasant; great customer service. It is s great place and I would order even without a voucher
The Rueban was not as good as in the past.
Our server was fun and attentive, the food was good and the owner stopped by our table to see how our experience was.
First, let me say the waiter we had was terrific. The food was very good and well prepared. The price was in keeping with the quality of food and service. Why the fair rating? Because we were seated promptly and then waited 20 minutes while waiter after waiter after waiter, 6 in all, repeatedly walked past our table without asking us anything. It also must be said that the last time we were at this restaurant the waiter took my wife’s plate on her request that she take The rest home, and he promptly threw it out. Half her dinner tossed. So this visit was to see if anything improved because the food has always been good. Once we had a waiter, who apologized profusely for the mix up the rest of the experience was a 4-5 rating. But I must say I did a slow 20 minute burn waiting for someone to ask why we didn’t even have a glass of water.
Food was good. Except for the “steak” on the nachos. Not so good. I’ll skip that next time.
Marissa and all the other women are just great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Food is great and plentiful at a good price. ( I don't drink or watch TV so I can't say anything about that experience; I only do take-out as I eat very little at a time and only drink water with my meals)
Food was fantastic, but the atmosphere loud at our table next to the bar during happy hour
Food and service were very good. A bit too loud, but that's typical for a sports pub.
I ordered take-out so I can't judge the dining experience. You should have a "does not apply" option for takeout orders.

Nice atmosphere for a "sports bar" - fairly quiet even with TV's on. Service and food were excellent.
Service was a bit slow.
Everything was good but slow in receiving our food. We were glad we had enough time to wait.
