1. They did not accept my $10.00 certificate, he argued and argued. I paid the full price and left the cert. with them. Food was cold and did not have enough choices. It was a dinner.
Great atmosphere, fast and very friendly service. The food is delicious and flavorful! Deif itely going to back there again!

The food was great, including the bread, but I did not realize you had to pay for the bread, thinking it was part of the meal because the waiter just asked which type I wanted. I was a bit surprised when I was charged $4 for the bread. Next time maybe I will opt not to get it.
The service was terrible this evening-we sat for a long time (and the restaurant was not crowded). We ordered our food mild-it was spicy-not sure if we will return again

The food at Bombay Grill is amazing. I love curry chicken so that is what I had. The mulligatawny soup is so good I bought an order to go. The service is very good. I like to drink only water with my meal and Bombay Grill puts a decanter of water on the table so you don't have to keep asking.
Food took approx. 20 minutes to arrive and was fresh.
Food was excellent, as usual. Disappointed that there was no buffet on Friday night.

I was the first person to arrive when they opened so I think they were still preparing things. It took a few minutes for them to wait on me but after that the experience was excellent. I love that they give you a carafe of water instead of just filling up a little glass when asked.
Horrible food. It seemed like eating spices not blended properly. Waiters requesting higher tips with poor quality.

Food and service are always great here! However, did not appreciate waiter trying to upsell us on the menu choices. This has not happened before and hopefully will not happen again.

You were greeted at the door with aromas of wonderful spices, warmth and smiling waiters.The waiters were very pleasant and attentive, (but not hanging over you), the food came in a timely fashion with large portions.However, we did notice after a little while MSG dry mouth effects and thought that we'd go back one more time, this time mentioning our discomfort and see if it happened again. If it did, we would not return.

Portions are not large or inexpensive, but the food is excellent.
The owner was very rude when we brought some things to his attention privately. Our food was extremely delayed, others came in after us and got their food before us. Some of our food was forgotten about and there was 'miscommunication' resulting in us getting 3 extra items we did not mean to order but still had to pay for. The owners actions just lost him 11 patrons and our recommendations. We advise others to stay away.

The waiter filched one of the 3 shrimps we asked to be packed up to take home! The waiter appeared to be the owner and was not exactly warm and friendly.

We eat Indian food regularly and found Bombay Grill to be the best so far. We tried many different appetizers, main dishes, breads and desserts and all were outstanding!
It was a very pleasant experience. The restaurant coupon gave us an opportunity to try a new place. The discount gave us a chance to order more than we would have. So we got to try a lot of different things at a discount.

the service was awful = we waited forever to get our meal and then it was the wrong order. We will go back only because the food is great there and we will give them another try.
Main courses were good. The vegtable samosa was very bready. I needed to knock all that off before I could it it. Portions were large.
